I am Vincent E. Alexander, II and I am (hopefully) the better half of my wife Monica. I am a professional in the Human Resources field and have been married for 11 years at the start of our blog. I am extremely excited to contribute to this blog because it gives me an opportunity through a broader platform, to minister to married men of all ages and experiences in marriage. This is my opportunity to knowledge share based on my own experiences and prayerfully writes something that will bless, strengthen and/or contribute to the mending of other marriages.

Hi, I’m Monica and I’m a mother, wife, sister, friend, minister, technologist, triathlete…. And the list goes. As Vince stated we have been married for eleven years, and we have been blessed to experience the good, the bad, and the ugly of marriage.  Now that I know, “Marriage is not like the Cosby Show”, and because all of my friends did tell me that marriage is a “Third Job”, I’m committed to being transparent if it means creating stronger marriages.
